1. Handcrafted Food Character & Representation

MHAAKO offers traditional Rajasthani food items hand-prepared and packed in small, unhurried batches:

• Handmade Authenticity: Our Dal ki Mangodi is pinched by human fingertips onto cotton sheets and dried under natural desert sun. Minor variations in size, color, or shape are the natural hallmark of genuine handmade foods, not industrial mass extrusion.
• Pure Ingredients: We do not add chemical baking soda, papad khar, or artificial food dyes. All ingredients are clearly disclosed.
• Photographs: Images on our website showcase our actual kitchen preparations and packaging. Serving suggestions (such as brass bowls or garnishes) are for representation.

2. Order Confirmation & Fulfillment

Because our foods are freshly packed, orders submitted on the website or via WhatsApp are reviewed by our team to confirm current batch availability, dispatch schedules, and courier serviceable PIN codes.

An order is considered confirmed once our team verifies the delivery address and payment has been completed via authorized UPI or agreed payment methods.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping charges (if applicable for remote locations or express couriers) will be clearly calculated and communicated to you before final order confirmation.

4. Shipping, Courier Transit & Delays

We partner with premier express courier services to ensure timely nationwide delivery:

• Estimated delivery times (typically 3 to 6 business days across India) are provided in good faith.
• Unforeseen transit delays caused by extreme weather, regional disruptions, or public holidays are beyond our direct control, though our team will actively assist you in tracking your parcel.
• Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery addresses, landmark details, and reachable mobile numbers.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand trademarks, trade names, logo emblems, recipe content, packaging designs, text copy, and original photography belong exclusively to MHAAKO Traditional Foods. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with orders or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rajasthan, India.
